Job Title: Associate Manager - IP billing & Insurance (RCM) Location: Bengaluru Experience: The Candidate preferred with 4 to 10 years of experience in IP Billing and Insurance (RCM) in the hospital industry. Qualification: Preferred B-com or Any Graduate Roles and Responsibility: Verify Patient Insurance Coverage: Confirm inpatient benefits, eligibility, and coverage details with insurance providers prior to or during patient admission. Obtain Pre-authorizations & Pre-certifications Generate and Submit Claims Prepare and submit accurate claims using UB-04 forms, ensuring proper coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and charge entry for inpatient services. Manage Claim Denials and Appeals Coordinate with Clinical and Administrative Teams Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submission.
