The ideal candidate will possess strong legal drafting abilities, excellent research skills. Key Responsibilities: Litigation: Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and expertise. Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and case strategies. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case arguments. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. Contract Law: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts. Provide legal advice on contractual matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Identify and mitigate potential risks in agreements. Requirements: Law degree (LL.B) and active membership with the Bar Council. Proven experience in both litigation and contract law. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
