Requirements Requirements You're a perfect fit if you have been practising below for greater then 12years: Zoho Guru: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, Analytics, and other core applications. Process Architect: Analyse workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and tailor Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency. Communication Ninja: Clearly articulate complex concepts, guide clients through every step, and foster trust and collaboration. Problem-solving whiz: Anticipate and resolve challenges, delivering solutions that delight clients. Leadership rockstar: Motivate, mentor, and empower your team to achieve outstanding results. Agile champion: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilising Scrum methodologies for successful project delivery. Tech Prowess Required: A Zoho whiz: Implementing, customising, and managing CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator and more. A scripting master: Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease. An automation architect: Flowcharts like Miro, Draw.io, LucidChart are your canvas.
