Job Title: Associate Director Skills: Oracle HCM Functional Location: Noida Responsibilities Design, build and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects forintegration to external applications Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications, config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology,version control Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts,Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own Not a Business User or Support Team User Able to handle aspects independently as and when the project/team requires Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM) Ability to work as an effective team player Implementation experience of 3-4 Modules, with experience on integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge) Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own Not a Business User or Support Team User Some experience of working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals will be Add On.
