This includes drafting submissions before assessing officers and appellate authorities like CIT(A) and ITAT, as well as drafting petitions for the High Court. Your role will involve assisting the Senior Counsel during hearings, conducting research and analysis of cases, and providing legal opinions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the firm before the relevant authorities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a post-qualification experience of at least 1-2 years in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory. Educational qualifications required include being a Chartered Accountant or possessing a Law Degree from a reputable institute.
