Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Telugu Speaking) Location: The Indus Valley Experience: 0-3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Telugu and have a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start or grow their career in customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Telugu. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu (mandatory); knowledge of English and other languages is a plus. Experience: 0-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
