Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Cygnett Hotels. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with customer service, reservations, and guest relations. Daily tasks include ensuring guest satisfaction, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Customer Service, Hospitality, and Communication skills Experience in hotel operations and guest relations Attention to detail and multitasking abilities Knowledge of reservation systems and booking processes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field,
