Role Summary Assoc Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to HMHs managers. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, applying various sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring HMH is hiring the best possible talent. Primary Responsibilities Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Develops/maintains strong working relationships with managers to create a partnership that yields success, results and credibility. Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of all recruitment activities. Participates in regularly scheduled meetings assigned client group to provide a Talent Acquisition update. In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs. Partners managers with hiring decisions and salary negotiations. Ensure internal and external market equity. Meets and shadows Hiring Managers/and or team members to develop thorough understanding of departments cultures; uses that understanding to help candidates understand available opportunities. Partners with other TA members to explore creative sourcing options, including open houses, job fairs, and target events, to ensure an ample pool of qualified candidates. Acts as a consultant when determining best sourcing options. Works cooperatively with all members of the Recruitment team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities. Follows all documented internal processes and timelines, included but not limited to maintaining Employee Central to ensure internal process compliance, including dispositioning of all applicants, minimum posting requirements and response times. Skills & Knowledge: 5 to 9 years" experience in a relevant software end to end IT recruitment. Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness. Possess analytical skills required to run and review reports and run queries. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer services skills an organizational skills. Ability to identify high quality candidates and to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current recruitment practices and techniques. Firm understanding of Affirmative Action hiring . Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work required. Minimum of 3 years previous recruiting experience.,
