Job Description
You should be a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in NBFC (Gold loan) to apply for various branches in Coimbatore and Tiruppur cluster. Your responsibilities will include handling Gold Loan, NCD, SUB-DEBT, and other related products. You should possess knowledge of Gold Loan/gold Valuation, Gold Appraisal, NCD, insurance, etc. Experience in customer service, operations, and verification of customers KYC and other documents is essential. Maintaining good relationships with clients, ensuring business targets are met, managing cash, valuable items, and bank transactions are key aspects of the role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Ideal candidates will have a total of 1 year of work experience, with 1 year in management preferred. The work location is in person.,
