Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the respective projects ensuring their requirements are fulfilled. Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis. Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our respective projects along with arrangements of site visits. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them properly. Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets. Leads Hygiene Providing proper feedback on leads assigned. Strong experience in sales closure. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Must be a Street Smart Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Excellence in sales with positive attitude and team playing ability. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter. To enjoy networking and meeting new people.,
