Assistant Project Manager – HVAC
Location: Bangalore (must be open to travel across Karnataka, Hyderabad, and Chennai)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (approx. ₹6 – ₹7.2 LPA) + incentives
Experience: 5–8 years
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
Job Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager with strong experience in HVAC project execution and front-line sales. The candidate must have hands-on exposure to VRF and ventilation systems, project costing, site coordination, and client/vendor interactions. The role also involves engagement with consultants and BOQ support.
Key Responsibilities
Execute HVAC projects, including VRF and ventilation systems
Project costing, budgeting, and material estimation
Site management and vendor coordination
Work closely with MEP consultants, interior decorators, and architects
Front-line commercial AC system sales, including VRF and AHUs
Assist back-end teams with tender BOQ review and support
Track progress, ensure quality standards, and manage timelines
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering
5–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC execution and sales
Must be willing to travel and handle multi-location projects
Strong communication, leadership, and cost-control skills
