Location: Kuddle Experience Centre, Hulimavu, Bangalore | CTC: Up to 6 LPA | Experience: 03 years Were not looking for the finished product. Were looking for someone who loves solving problems. Were looking for an Assistant Program Manager Operations wholl work across internal teams (Supply, Product, Customer Ops) to identify gaps and improve experiences end-to-end. Youll be hands-on in solving real-world challenges from partner onboarding to customer service journeys and be part of a team that values first principles thinking over fancy jargon. What Youll Do: Support strategic and day-to-day ops programs to improve customer satisfaction and partner experience Identify whats broken in service journeys and help fix it Work closely with supply teams to streamline partner onboarding and performance Collaborate with product and tech to build operational tools and workflows Create SOPs, playbooks, and ensure operational consistency Track key metrics like NPS, partner health, SLA adherence, and churn Run pilots, feedback loops, and service design experiments Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely closure of issues What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in any discipline 03 years of experience in operations, program management, or startups High aptitude, curiosity, and bias for action Strong ownership mindset if you see a problem, you try to fix it Comfortable working with diverse teams (ops, product, customer support) Basic comfort with data, Excel/Sheets, and structured thinking Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) Hungry to learn well teach the how, you bring the why Good to Have: Experience with vendors, service partners, or field ops Exposure to customer journey design or service ops Internships or projects in startups/high-growth environments Note on Compensation: This role offers up to 6 LPA.
