Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing and releasing various types of letters such as appointment letters for new joiners, transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters, and fixed-term contract letters. Additionally, you will update employee contracts in the software after renewal. You will also be tasked with collecting resignations and No dues forms from resigned employees and processing Full & Final settlements. Furthermore, you will handle the processing of annual bonuses for all eligible employees and provide relieving letters to departing employees. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree or an MBA.,
