Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Dolkhar in Ladakh, India. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for daily baking and food preparation activities to support the culinary team in delivering unique and sustainable dining experiences for guests.
