Looking for Shift Manager /Assistant Outlet Manager

Work Location - UP(Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj
Interview Location-11th Aug -Theobroma Outlet -Shop No. 12, Ground Floor, Ashok Marg, near JJ Bakers, Prem Nagar, Narhi, Hazratganj
Interview Location-12th Aug -Theobroma Outlet-Shop No-9 &10, Ground Floor, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Role & responsibilities
- To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with SOP.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc).
- Directing customers by escorting them to the store and suggesting items.
- Ensure proper and correct accounting of material received, material issued and all kind of store receipts as per daily requirements
