Job Description
Responsibilities Process bills: Review invoices for accuracy and documentation, and ensure they comply with company policies Reconcile vendors: Verify invoices against purchase orders and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Generate purchase orders: Create purchase orders when needed Adhere to standards: Follow accounting principles and maintain internal controls Book closure and audit: Assist in regular book closure and audit. To perform other accounting & related tasks those are directed by the company. Experience and Skills Basic knowledge of TDS & GST. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial tools to generate reports and manage data. Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and workflow.
