Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Production at Aqua Systems Pvt Ltd in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations to ensure a smooth workflow and timely output. You will be responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating with other departments for seamless operations, and ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Your analytical skills will be utilized to analyze production data, prepare reports, and implement improvements to increase efficiency. It will be your responsibility to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal working condition, monitor material usage and wastage for cost-effective production, assist in manpower planning and training of shop-floor workers, and handle production documentation to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in production roles, preferably in the bath fittings or similar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. Good communication and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial as you work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
