Role & responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and coordination for HVAC, mechanical utilities, Boiler, Dust collectors, Production and Packing Equipment and related infrastructure.
• Design and execution knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical utilities and infrastructure co-ordination drawings
• Knowledge on operating Auto Cad software for drawing / layout preparationis preferred.
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling day-to-day project activities in Projects and engineering.
• Conducting overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and providing regular project status reports.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate project implementation.
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of process equipment, including complete qualification processes.
• Experience of preparation URS for equipments and FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ protocols along with QA
• Experience on preparation of Preventive maintenance checklist for all production and packing equipments of ODS, Liquid, semisolid and Utilities.
• Operational experience and exposure to BMS, EMS and SCADA system is preferred
• Exposure on energy conservation projects to save electricity in the plant.
• Operation, maintenance and coordination of service floor activities.
• Preparing and reviewing SOPs related to the department.
• Ensuring that preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and utilities are carried out according to schedule and SOPs.
• Verifying all relevant daily logbooks and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
• Identifying areas for improving installation, maintenance, repair processes to minimize breakdown time.
• Executing all assigned action plans CAPA (Engineering, QA & Safety).
• Ensuring that all necessary spares are maintained for process equipment to ensure continuous operation and reduce downtime.
• To prepare daily report of activity of engineering department
• PLC and AC drive maintenance and compliance to good automated practices.
• Ensure compliance with integrity of data as trained on
