As an Assistant Manager-Marketing based in Delhi, your primary role is to acquire, build, and maintain strategic relationships with clients. You will be responsible for analyzing customer needs to establish a client-centric business environment, proposing and implementing solutions, ensuring timely renewal of clients" policies, and proactively identifying and solving clients" problems. Collaboration with team members is also a key aspect of this role. Key competencies required for this position include sales savvy with a proven track record of meeting goals by implementing innovative sales strategies tailored to clients" needs, establishing customer-centric relationships, being result-oriented, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively as a team player. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification. Any post-graduate qualification or additional degree in the insurance domain would be advantageous. Additionally, being a Licentiate, Associate, or Fellow in Insurance would be considered a valuable asset. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a General Insurance Broking Company is required to be considered for this position.,
