ASSISTANT MANAGER - MARKETING Role Summary: The Assistant Manager - Marketing - Responsible for driving the companys growth through well-planned, data-driven marketing strategies and executions. Also involves brand audits, team development, and other targeted initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on Dealer /customer acquisition, brand growth, and engagement 2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice 3. Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget effectively, track ROI on campaigns, and report performance metrics to senior management 4. Team Leadership :Properly guide team members & monitor their performances timely 5. Vendor/Agency Management: Collaborate with vendors & other agencies & ensure the right strategies are planned & executed which will give a impactful results in the market. 6. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to adjust marketing tactics and stay ahead of the competition. ( SWOT ) 7. Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and press releases. 8. Brand Management: Ensure brand integrity across all communications and marketing channels. 9. Implement effective strategies for selecting right vendors & ensure competitive quotes for all works executing 10. Digital Marketing: Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms to boost visibility and drive engagement 11.
