Your role will involve: - Demonstrating a deep understanding of SEO and organic search techniques. - Proficient knowledge of Web Analytics and Webmaster tools. - Keeping up-to-date with algorithmic updates, latest trends, tools, and methodologies in internet marketing. - Managing a team consisting of Team Leaders, Senior SEOs, and Junior SEOs. - Overseeing client servicing and relationships. - Coordinating activities for clients across various departments. - Monitoring the performance of clients" websites regularly and proposing troubleshooting solutions when necessary. - Organizing client review meetings. - Ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements. - Focusing on client retention and timely project execution. - Providing timely reports to clients. - Maintaining open communication channels among clients, SEO team members, and the Business Development team. Qualifications required: - Proven experience in roles such as SEO Manager or SEM Manager. - Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SEO reporting. - Proficiency in relevant tools like Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends. - Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities. - Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
