Ekta World Developers is looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an "Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance" at our Khar West, Mumbai HQ. If you have a background in finance and a passion for the real estate industry, we want to hear from you! Roles & Responsibilities: - Support the Head of Finance in the Companys Fund Raising Program. - Prepare project cash flow and group level cashflow. - Assist in financial, legal, corporate, and technical due diligence. - Liaison with bankers and financial institutions for loan proposals. - Handle financial reporting to regulators and stakeholders. - Establish funding lines with Banks & Financial Institutions. - Manage Credit Ratings and debt servicing. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Desired candidate profile: - MBA - Finance / B.Com. / M.Com. / Inter CA - Experience in the Real Estate industry and Project Finance. - Strong Analytical skills. - Prior experience in Bank/NBFC is a plus.
