The position of AM Maintenance at Nashik Plant involves reporting to the Manager - Maintenance and being located at the Nashik Plant which supports various businesses such as bakeries in India, retail cake mixes for both Indian and International markets, food service chains with frozen tortilla capabilities, ready-to-eat frozen muffins for India and select export markets, as well as frozen flatbreads and dough products. As an AM Maintenance, your main responsibility is to enhance the reliability of the platform by taking ownership of critical systems and developing capabilities to achieve the desired outcomes. It is crucial to build technical capability across the platform by nurturing multi-skilled technician teams that are self-sufficient. Moreover, your role includes working towards the elimination of losses by following a meticulous daily process that is driven by data and focused on Root Cause Elimination. Your key responsibilities and expectations in this role include improving the reliability of the platform, taking ownership of critical systems, developing technical capabilities across the platform, nurturing multi-skilled technician teams, ensuring self-sufficiency, eliminating losses through a data-driven process, and focusing on Root Cause Elimination to achieve desired results.,
