Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations & Support: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure that the work environment is positive and compliant with labor laws and resort policies. Training & Development: Assist in planning and organising training programs for staff, ensuring continuous skill development and fostering career growth within the resort. Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to resort policies, labor regulations, and health and safety guidelines, and support the HR Manager in implementing new policies when needed. Qualifications: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,
