This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about people management and HR operations. As an Assistant HR, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR administrative functions, and office management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Draft internal communications, HR reports, and content related to company policies. Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality. Oversee office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle office administration, procurement, and document management. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors degree from a reputed college. 1-2 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong HR skills are also encouraged to apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Strong people management and organizational skills.
