As an Assistant Manager - Finance at Guardian's Ecommerce division in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations. Your key duties will include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support growth within the Ecommerce space. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the financial operations of the Ecommerce division, ensuring that budgets are managed effectively to meet financial targets, analyzing financial data to prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with various teams to enhance financial efficiency and support growth. It will also be your duty to maintain compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations, conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support decision-making, and uphold accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records. To excel in this role, you should possess strong financial analysis, budget management, and reporting skills. Previous experience in Ecommerce finance and a thorough understanding of online retail operations will be beneficial. A solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CA, MBA (Finance), or relevant certifications like CFA or CPA will be considered a plus.,
