Job Description
The job involves reading sanction letters related to working capital and Term Loan, as well as preparing loan documents for new loans, renewal, or enhancement of working capital or term loans. You will be responsible for handling and providing information to auditors appointed by lead banks or consortium members" banks, responding to queries from rating agencies, and providing information to banks as required. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of various financial documents such as CMA, OFI, FFR on a quarterly basis, and stock statements on a monthly basis. You will also be responsible for tasks such as opening and closing Bank guarantees, Fixed Deposits, and bank accounts as needed. Preparation of various management information system (MIS) reports related to working capital loans, term loans, Fixed Deposits, Bank Guarantees, etc., will also be part of your responsibilities. Candidates with Non-Banking positions are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
