As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including being well-versed with P&L, BS, and Cash flow statements. Your role will involve reviewing the management accounts and demonstrating the ability to set up new clients effectively. You should be able to handle pressure during deadlines and possess working knowledge in Accounting Software & Foreign accounting. Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to ensure timely delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to develop processes to enhance the productivity and quality of the teams, identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections, and improve productivity. Your expertise should include team handling, client handling, and creating a stress-free office environment. To be considered for this role, you should hold a qualification such as M.Com, M.B.A, or CA- Inter, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
