The responsibilities of this role include coordinating the exportation of goods by air, managing transportation channels, and scheduling with airlines. You will be responsible for preparing and processing necessary documentation for customs clearance, tracking and monitoring shipments, and providing updates to customers. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns are key aspects of this role. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations and laws is essential. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in Freight Forwarding. The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess knowledge of air freight logistics, customs regulations, trade laws, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with logistics software and systems is advantageous. Additional language skills would be a plus.,
