Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations


Shift - ROTATIONAL


Key Responsibilities:

1. *General Job Responsibilities:*

  - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and escalations.

  - Implement operational processes as per SOPs.

  - Highlight critical concerns to the Unit Head.

  - Ensure the team is properly groomed and briefed.

  - Maintain safety and security of the property.

  - Adhere to People Practices and policies.

 

2. *F&B Responsibilities:*

  - Maintain Cost of Goods sold within defined budgets.

  - Minimize wastages and pilferages.

  - Ensure proper inventory management.

  - Coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery of items.

 

3. *Training Responsibilities:*

  - Conduct trainings and certifications for the team.

  - Train Housekeeping (HK) staff on cleanliness and hygiene processes.

  - Supervise execution of Cleanliness and Hygiene processes.

  - Ensure Fire Safety and First Aid trainings are conducted monthly.

 

4. *Box Office Responsibilities:*

  - Ensure budgeted customers register with Club Cinepolis.

  - Address queries related to Club Cinepolis membership.

  - Validate the Programming schedule.

  - Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory processes.

  - Maintain and track Market share data.

 

Job Dimensions:

1. *Budget:*

  - Provide information to be used in budgeting.

  - Analyze and interpret budget data.

  - Respond to budgeted figures and possible deviations.

  - Approve budgets of the Company.
