Job Description

As an HR professional, your main responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with tax regulations, benefits deductions, and other statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and taxes. You will be responsible for calculating overtime, bonuses, and other allowances accurately in line with company policies. It is essential to have experience working with a good HRMS system to effectively carry out these tasks. In terms of compliance and documentation, you will be tasked with managing the preparation and submission of statutory reports like PF, ESI, and tax filings. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion and security will also be crucial aspects of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR, with proficiency in English language. The work location for this role is in person.
