Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. This role requires a candidate with a strong network of Channel Partners in the Real Estate sector, specifically located at Kharar Kurali Road. As an AGM, your responsibilities will include effectively communicating targets to the team, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring sufficient market interest and enquiries, allocating prospects to team members, developing proposals, achieving individual targets, managing forecast projections, and providing timely reports on business development activities. You will be tasked with understanding client requirements, translating them into Transaction Briefs, maintaining relationships with Channel partners and developer teams, managing transaction processes, coordinating internal departments, and ensuring closure of transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting associate needs for events and stocks, as well as creating necessary reports for clients and management. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
