Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Assistant Fashion Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of new fashion designs, coordinating fittings, working with textiles, and contributing to the embroidery process. Daily tasks will include supporting the head designer in research, design, and production, as well as keeping track of current fashion trends and assisting in the preparation of materials and samples. Should be capable of independently taking a design from concept and research through to sampling and final production. A strong understanding of technical execution is essential, as we require more than just sketching ability. Must be skilled in managing production teamsincluding masters and karigarsensuring timely delivery, design accuracy, quality finishing, and cost efficiency. Must be based in Pune. Should have hands-on knowledge of khakha (embroidery tracing) creation and be able to plan and set embroidery for their own designs. Should possess a confident and assertive personality, capable of directly handling clients for custom orders and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.,
