Need To Assist The Main Cook In Preparing South Indian Vegetarian Food Items Such As A Variety Of Rice Baths Like Veg Pulao, Vangibath, Bisibelebath, Puliyogare, Lemon Rice, And Sambar, Rasam, Mixed Veg Gravy Etc. Needs To Know How To Chop Vegetables, Fry Masalas, Grind Dose, Idly, Vade Batter Etc.
