This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales and enhance customer engagement on our e-commerce platform. As the business owner for your categories, you will leverage insights to achieve ambitious sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Driving Sales: - Own top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to meet P&L objectives. - Develop, implement, and manage plans to improve key site metrics, including conversion rates and average order value (AOV). - Ensure website content aligns with monthly promotions and overall marketing strategy. Monitoring Brand Performance: - Negotiate budgets, set goals, and monitor performance to align with business targets. - Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance data. - Track and report on performance against key metrics in approved formats. Improving Customer Experience and Retention: - Create processes to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. - Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation, and increased operational efficiency. - Analyze user experience through web analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications: - 4-5 years of category management experience, specifically in the beauty industry, with a focus on skincare and makeup. - Bachelors degree in any stream; an MBA is strongly preferred. Skills: - Strong negotiation and execution management abilities. - Excellent client relationship management skills. - Proficient analytical and business presentation skills.
