Assembly Fitter AM CLEAN AIR ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Mechanical Assembly

• Read and interpret HVAC assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Assemble HVAC components (AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, dampers, etc.) according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to fit and secure parts.
• Fit motors, fans, blowers, insulation, filters, and sheet metal parts into units.

2. Quality & Precision

• Ensure all assembled units meet company and industry standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing during and after assembly.
• Identify and report defects or malfunctions to supervisors.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Adhere to company safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

4. Material Handling

• Collect and prepare required materials and tools before starting work.
• Coordinate with inventory and stores for availability of parts.

5. Technical Support

• Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying mechanical faults during trial runs.
• Support maintenance or repair activities when needed.

6. Teamwork & Reporting

• Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and other fitters.
• Maintain daily job logs, work status updates, and completion records.
