We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for the North region to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling a variety of AV products such as Barco-Clickshare, Crestron, and other AV solutions, with a strong understanding of the North market dynamics. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Sell a variety of AV products including Barco-Clickshare, Crestron, and AV solutions - Experience in managing both low volume and high-volume business transactions - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics - Develop, manage, and mentor sales team members as per business requirements - Contribute to the development of annual marketing and sales plans - Establish and nurture a sales pipeline for new business opportunities - Collaborate with internal team members to identify and engage with potential leads - Track and document all sales activities - Develop and implement sales strategies to secure sales of audio-video products **Required Skills:** - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in selling a variety of products - Prior experience in the AV industry - Familiarity with audio-visual products - Sound knowledge of North Indian markets or the broader Pan India AV market **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in managing sales teams - Ability to generate and maintain relationships with sales leads - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Previous experience in B2B sales - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Join Ceeco Technologies Pvt.
