We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to create, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to tackle complex challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver intelligent solutions that are in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Model Development: - Design and execute machine learning models and algorithms for various purposes such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems. - Develop and train deep learning models for tasks including image recognition, NLP, and time-series forecasting. Data Processing: - Collect, preprocess, and analyze both structured and unstructured data. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability in machine learning pipelines. Deployment and Optimization: - Deploy machine learning models to production utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune model performance for maximum efficiency. AI Integration: - Integrate AI/ML models into applications, APIs, or cloud-based platforms. - Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to implement and deploy solutions effectively. Research and Innovation: - Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the AI/ML domain. - Conduct experiments to prototype and develop cutting-edge solutions. Collaboration: - Partner with product teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions. - Present insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: Educational Background: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role. - Strong grasp of algorithms, statistics, and data structures. This is a Full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and the flexibility to work from home. The work schedule may include both day and night shifts.
