Role Description This on-site contract role based in Pune is for an Article Trainee for CA at Memane & Co. As an Article Assistant / Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and gaining practical exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting functions. This role is ideal for candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and are looking for hands-on experience in managing and streamlining financial processes for various clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Operations & Reporting Assist in outsourced accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations. Support monthly closing and reporting processes for clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Participate in the preparation of management reports, cash flow analysis, and financial dashboards. Monitor customer invoicing, collections, and credit control to optimize cash flow. 3. Treasury & Compliance Assist in cash flow forecasting, fund management, and bank reconciliations. Support in managing direct and indirect tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, etc.). Work on regulatory filings and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Assist in compliance with PF, ESI, and other labor laws. 5. Internal Controls & Process Optimization Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to improve financial accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to process automation initiatives and optimization strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications Have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate. Have strong accounting and financial analysis skills. Are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial outsourcing and process optimization. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.,
