We are hiring: CA Articleship Opportunity in Investment Banking Job Description 1. Prepare transaction documents including information memorandum and financial model. 2. Analyse and evaluate sectors/companies including historical financial statements, ratio analysis and relative valuation benchmarking. 3. Take business development initiative for mapping new clients. 4. Assist team members in Due diligence and deal closure. 5. Co-ordinating with various stakeholders including investors, lenders and clients team member. Skillset required: 1. Good Communication & presentation skills 2.
