You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Design/Advertising/Branding department/agency. Your key responsibilities will include understanding creative briefs, developing brand assets for clients, managing creative development, ensuring quality standards, collaborating with different teams, leading a team of designers, creating presentations, and contributing to client pitches. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in graphic design software, a deep understanding of design, marketing, and advertising concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, while a Master's degree in Arts and Design would be preferred but not mandatory.
