Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and grow our Orthopaedic and Dermatology product lines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Responsibilities:Promote and sell Orthopaedic and Dermatology products to hospitals, clinics, doctors (orthopaedists, dermatologists), and chemists/pharmacies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory or region.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and hospital channels.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.


  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Organize and participate in CME programs, medical conferences, product demos, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational and promotional materials (brochures, leave-behinds, digital content).
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement via online platforms.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market development plans.
