Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage our lubricant sales operations within a designated region. The ASM will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing dealer/distributor networks, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships in the automotive, industrial, and retail lubricant sectors.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets in volume, revenue, and market share.
- Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network to ensure effective product availability and penetration.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across automotive, industrial, and institutional segments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to support channel partners and field sales teams.
- Ensure timely collections, credit control, and compliance with commercial terms.
- Train and motivate the sales team and channel partners to ensure product knowledge, customer service, and high performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for the execution of promotional activities, brand visibility, and new product launches.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and commercial processes.
