Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and handling the franchisee under your supervision, as well as guiding the sales executives and sales managers. Your role will involve providing support and direction to the franchisee in order to help them achieve their sales targets. Building and nurturing relationships with the franchisees will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be involved in planning for business growth in the upcoming months, understanding the sales process, and guiding the sales team to effectively follow the same. You will also be managing and handling direct sales in both Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) segments. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with prior experience in account management, B2B sales for at least 2 years, B2C sales for at least 2 years, and management experience for at least 1 year.
