Based in Dehradun, we are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our growth and success. Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager at Sunfox Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our sales operations within a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned area. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, medical professionals, and decision-makers. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for potential customers. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Sunfox Technologies and network with potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
