Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

·      Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent growth.

·      Promote and sell chemical products in line with company objectives.

·      Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

·      Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry connections.

·      Conduct Sample Trial with clients for better Sales.

Key Skills and Competencies:

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·      Must have experience in B2B sales.

Compensation:

15 to 30% hike on current salary + performance-based incentives.
