Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for primary and secondary sales.
- Distribution Management: Manage, maintain, and expand the network of distributors and retail outlets within the designated area.
- Market Activation: Promote new products and current offerings, and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with retailers and other key stakeholders.
- Data & Strategy: Analyze sales data, track performance (e.g., geo-tagging outlets), and contribute to the design and execution of go-to-market strategies.
