Position Area Operation Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an Area Operations Manager Gujarat to oversee and drive the operational efficiency of our business units across the state. This role is ideal for someone who understands ground-level execution, compliance, team management, and retail process workflows. The person will be responsible for ensuring that all operational units are aligned with company objectives, processes, and standards. This is a multi-disciplinary field role requiring leadership, coordination, documentation, and operational discipline to scale up business in rural and semi-urban regions of Gujarat. Qualities and Qualifications 48 years of experience in business/retail operations, field execution, or regional roles Strong knowledge of team handling & documentation Proficiency in Gujarati and familiarity with regional dynamics Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related fields Willing to travel frequently within Gujarat Responsibilities Operations Management: Supervise and oversee the operations of all stores within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to optimize performance and achieve sales targets. Customer Focus: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all stores. Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Performance Monitoring: Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on area performance, challenges, and opportunities.
