Area Coach Operation Standards & Accountability: Assist the Regional Head in achieving business objectives by providing leadership for assigned restaurants. Operate with end-to-end knowledge and ownership of Pizza Hut Standards and drive operational excellence. Building People Capability: Maintain focus among Restaurant Managers on achieving Restaurant Performance Measures Orient, train and coach Restaurant Managers and management staff. Showcase high level of focus on Employee Engagement, Recognition and Retention Drive a Winning In-Restaurant Culture: Role model the cultural tenets of Pizza Hut brand Role model Sapphire Foods values Owning Customer Experience: Promote and ensure adherence to processes and policies related to customer service to ensure customer delight. Execution Orientation: Accountable for all operational execution standards in the assigned patch of stores REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experienced in managing a set of restaurants in a region Excellent written/verbal communication skills and good presentation skills. Willing to travel to multi cities/geographies; should be able to travel extensively. Should be comfortable with data mining & analyzing data.
