Job Description: Area Business Manager Job Summary: The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing pharmaceutical sales and operations within a designated area. This role involves implementing business strategies, leading a sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the area. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to drive results. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets its goals. Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field degree is preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
